he International Overseas Chinese Trade Fair (OCTF) is Overseas Chinese Think Tank’s first empirical research project. Supported by the Overseas Chinese Affairs Office Of The State Council, All-China Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese, Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of the people’s government of Guangdong Province, Guangdong Province Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese, China Council for the Promotion of International Trade Guangdong Committee, and Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of the people’s government of Shenzhen，Shenzhen Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese, Overseas Chinese Think Tank collaborated with over 1,000 overseas Chinese associations worldwide to create this international exhibition platform. Adhering to the principle of "government support, organized by chambers of commerce and associations, social participation, and market-oriented operation," the fair has evolved over 10 years into a renowned international event facilitating overseas enterprises’ entry into China and Chinese enterprises’ global expansion. It pioneered the "overseas Chinese-driven model" for import-export trade, effectively connecting global Chinese business networks. From 2015 to date, the OCTF has successfully hosted 8 domestic and 17 overseas exhibitions (include Jakarta, Indonesia; Malacca, Penang, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia; Bangkok, Thailand; Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam; Barcelona, Spain; Dubai, UAE; and Hong Kong, China), It has hosted 7 Overseas Chinese Entrepreneurs Summits and 16 International Non-governmental Exchange Symposium. Over 300 forums, events, trade matchmaking sessions, and international conferences have been held, serving over 7,500 enterprises and attracting 700,000 professional visitors. Total intended procurement amounts exceeded RMB 290.8 billion. Over a decade, the OCTF has grown into the "The First Exhibition in the Overseas Chinese Community" and a new platform promoting China’s "Dual Circulation" development pattern. The OCTF Group main business operates domestic and international exhibitions, online platforms, trade services, live-stream e-commerce training, business delegations, and global expansion services. A key mission of the OCTF is to  tell China's stories well. Each edition features the "International Civil Exchange Roundtable," where global partners discuss the Belt and Road Initiative’s vision and achievements. Extensive media coverage amplifies the initiative’s recognition in partner countries, bolstering China’s international communication capabilities.

 In the context of international integration and rapid changes, Vietnam has witnessed many notable achievements. In 2024, Gross Domestic Products (GDP) increases by 7.09% compared to 2023.
